With over two decades of executive leadership in the commercial interiors industry, Pedrick will lead the company’s continued growth across the Americas, driving strategy, innovation, and deeper alignment with Dauphin’s global vision.

Matthew Negron will be the Director of Special Projects for the next couple of months to assist with a strategic and thoughtful leadership transition at Dauphin Americas. He will be focused on providing critical continuity by guiding the hand-off of key initiatives, operational responsibilities, and organizational knowledge to the incoming leadership team.
